& nbsp; & nbsp; because a set of planetary gears can not meet the larger transmission ratio, sometimes need two or three sets of planetary gears to meet the larger transmission ratio requirements.
& nbsp; & nbsp; because of the increase in the number of planetary gears, the length of the two or three-stage planetary reducer will increase, and the efficiency will decrease.
& nbsp; & nbsp; planetary reducer because of structural reasons, the minimum single-stage deceleration is 3, the maximum is generally not more than 10, the common deceleration ratio is: 3.4.5.6.7.8.10.
& nbsp; & nbsp; planetary reducer series generally does not exceed 3 levels, but some large reduction ratio customized reducers have 4 levels of deceleration.
& nbsp; & nbsp; compared with other reducers, planetary reducer has the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision (less than 1 point in a single stage), high transmission efficiency (97% - 98% in a single stage), high torque / volume ratio and lifelong maintenance-free.
& nbsp; & nbsp; because of these characteristics, planetary reducers are mostly installed on stepper motors and servo motors to reduce speed, improve torque and match inertia.
